 Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including changes of mind or incorrect purchases.

Please review all product descriptions, sizes, colors, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are happy to help. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this all sales final policy.

How do refunds work once a return is approved?
